Meet Jane

I'm a Colorado native and have lived in the Longmont and Boulder County area for 29 years. I provide high-quality service and outstanding results for my clients every day.

 

I have been awarded the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry, *Quality Service Certified® Platinum in recognition of earning 100% client service satisfaction, as measured by Leading Research Corporation (LRC), making this the 6th year I have received Platinum status.

 

In 2021, I received the Hall of Fame award and was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

 

I’m excited to work with anyone from first-time home buyers to luxury clients, and I treat all my clients like family. We form strong relationships throughout the process and stay in touch even after closing. It brings me joy to guide buyers through the entire process from house hunting to handing over their keys and seeing the smiles on their faces.

 

As a luxury home expert, I enjoy the marketing and advertising aspects of preparing sellers’ homes to be listed, including organizing staging decorating, and hiring professional photographers and videographers.

 

I also hold the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Million Dollar Guild Award, and the Certified New Home Specialist certification.
